Biography
Dr. Tarvirdizadeh received his BSc in mechanical engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology and his MSc and PhD from the University of Tehran. His research develops mechatronic and robotic systems controlled by the user's biosignals for the rehabilitation of people with disabilities, robotic systems that assist physicians and surgeons, and systems that combine rehabilitation with entertainment.
He also designs mechatronic systems that acquire vital signs for controlling interactive robots and for measuring stress using artificial-intelligence algorithms.
